OCB is gaining importance in organizations. OCB goes a long way in contributing towards reducing job stress. On the one hand job stress is counter productive for the employee and the organization and on the other hand OCB is helpful and favourable for the employee as well as the organization. OCB is considered as an important dimension to reduce the job stress in the organization, in turn making employee more satisfied and productive. Present study is an attempt to find out the relationship between OCB and its various dimensions with job stress. Changing lifestyle, higher disposable income coupled with greater affordability and a surge in advertising has been instrumental in bringing about a sea change in the consumer behavior pattern. Apart from steady income gains, consumer financing and hire-purchase schemes have become a major driver in the consumer durables industry. In the case of more expensive consumer goods, such as refrigerators, washing machines, color televisions and personal computers, retailers are joining forces with banks and finance companies to market their goods more aggressively. The objective of the research paper is to find out percentage market share of each brand of home appliances in the areas like Shahapur, Titwala, Vasind, Shahad and Ulhasnagar. Dealer plays very important role in the decision making process in case of consumer durable industry. It contains theorems and problems in elementary Arithmetic, Algebra and Geometry. Written in poetic form with ample use of alliterations metaphors, pun and tenderness the treatise displays various pedagogical characteristics like gender equity, motivational anecdotes, rapport building, content relevance etc. As a part of a year long celebration of 900th birth anniversary, 65 workshops were conducted based on Lilavati in the academic year 2014-15 both in rural as well as urban parts of India. The participants for the workshops were drawn from primary, secondary as well as tertiary level of education. It has been observed that the teaching techniques advocated in Lilavati proved useful in creating interest among students towards mathematics. They not only remove the fear of mathematics but motivates them to to undertake problem solving exercises with zeal and enthusiasm. Percentage household penetration of microwave ovens is low that is 5.3% over washing machine (10%), Air conditioner (6.8%) and Refrigerator (31%). Microwave oven sales suffered during the last three years as with all other categories since consumers were cutting discretionary spend on lifestyle products. The objective of the research paper is to understand the consumer buying behavior and way of thinking in case of microwave ovens. However it is an area of concern even for their male counterparts. This paper makes an attempt to understand the issues related to work-life balance for the men and various initiatives taken by organizations to seek work-life balance for their employees. Globalization and changing demographics have further posed greater challenges for work-life balance. Organizations develop employee friendly Work-Life Balance Programs as a solution to the problem of work-life balance amongst their employees. This in turn helps the organizations to enhance their productivity, improve the performance of their employees and also ensure employee retention. Couple of decades ago, Indian consumers had the only option of neighbourhood grocery and kirana shops to purchase the grocery from, with limited variety. However, today the scenario has changed completely. Now, consumers have multiple options like Supermarkets, Mini-marts, Specialty stores and even E- Grocers, which have added more comfort and convenience to their lives. Change in lifestyles, growth of internet and rising number of smartphone owners have opened the doors of online market for many entrepreneurs. Bigbasket.com, Grofers.com, Localbanya.com, Zopnow.com are the few names, who have grabbed this opportunity by launching online grocery platforms. This paper aims to analyse the perception of female consumers towards shopping groceries through online platforms. A questionnaire has been developed and primary data of 110 female respondents were collected. The study tries to assess the level of perceived awareness about models and use of dividends policies, analyses the factors affecting dividend distribution decisions and evaluates the impact of the same on the financial decision-making of companies. In addition the paper tries to understand the correlation between size of companies and distribution of dividend policies. The results of the research paper show that a majority of the fifty respondent Companies follow a policy of consistent dividend rate which is influenced by profit after tax, and finally the legal requirements. It is further observed that generous dividend or erratic divided policies are not popular choice among fifty respondent companies. The use of traditional method of dividend policies which suggests that market price increases with declaration of dividend is strong and dominant. Followed by the Modiglani Miller Method which indicates that dividend distribution has no impact on valuation. On the contrary it is found that Investment decisions influence share valuation .This is further followed by Walter Model where impact of dividend on share price depends on the IRR visa-a-vis cost of capital) and . Gordon Method in which dividend policy has an impact on share valuation.
